How do I update the stock level individually?

On Seller Center landing page go to: Products > Manage Products > the product stock is highlighted in the column "Available". Edit the desired product stock available by clicking on the quantity available.

 

How do I update the list price individually?

On Seller Center landing page go to: Products > Manage Products > the product price is highlighted in the column "Price". Edit the desired product price by clicking on the price.

 

How do I update the sales price individually?


Seller Center landing page go to: Products > Manage Products > the product sale price is highlighted in the column "Sale Price". Edit the desired product sale price and specific the date range typing by clicking on the price.

What is the difference between Price and Sales Price?

"Price" is the permanent full price of the item while "Sales Price" is the sales price of the item if you want to offer a discount to the customers.

 

I need to temporarily disable/remove my products from the ZALORA website, how can I do this?

On the Product Overview page, using the search bar, find or filter out the products that you would like to disable. Once you have done so, under the “Active” column, simply click on the “ON/OFF” button and make sure it is switched to show “OFF”. You may click on this button again to switch to show “ON” to activate the products on the website again.

 

Do I need to disable/remove my products from the ZALORA website before making any edits?

No, sellers are free to make edits to their products at any time, and will have to submit the products again for review. Any edits made to a product will still need to go through the regular QC (Quality Control) process before going live.

Once you are done editing a product, the QC team will require 2-5 business days to either:

 

  1. Approve your products to be live on the ZALORA website 
  2. Disapprove/reject your products that do not fulfill our requirements.

 

How can I change the category of my products?

If you mistakenly uploaded some of your products to a wrong category and you wish to change it, please submit your request to Seller Helpdesk and select "Onboarding & QC: Product Management" as an option. Please provide the SKU numbers, and the new wished category.

 

How do I make changes for prices and stocks bulk?    

 

You can make bulk changes to price e.g. to prepare for a shop-wide sale or to update stock count.

 

Proceed to Seller Center > Products > Import Products > Download Templates for stock update/ price update

 

Edit the inputs in batches on the spreadsheet using Open Office and save the file back in CSV. Update the CSV file in the Import Products page on Seller Center. If you face issues updating, kindly reach out to Seller Help Desk.

 

How long will it take for price and stock changes to take into effect?    

 

Update on changes will be synced onto the website almost immediately. Only price discounts made above a threshold of 80% will be pushed to QC.
