How do I get a step by step method to upload products?    

Sellers can refer to product guidelines available under The Seller Academy on Seller Center.
 

How do I add new products?    

There are two methods of uploading new products on the Seller Center:

  1. For single product upload, click on the “Products” dropdown and select ‘Add a product’.

  2. For bulk upload, click on the “Products” dropdown and select ‘Import products’’.

 

How do I add new products in bulk?    

 

Please head over to The Seller Academy: Product Upload and look at Batch Upload 

 

 

How can I add a new Brand?    

 

Please fill up the form: Seller Helpdesk and write on the issue description "Onboarding & QC: Others"

 

 

I uploaded my products on the Seller Center, but they are not showing on the website.    

 

Please fill up the form: Seller Helpdesk and select "Onboarding & QC: Sync Issues" option.

 

 

The content of my products are not showing.    

 

Please head over to Seller Helpdesk and select "Onboarding & QC: Product Management" option.

 

 

How long does it take for my New/Updated products to be listed on ZALORA website?    

 

If all your product contents and images are complete and ready on the Seller Center, we require 3-5 working days to QC your products and make them live on ZALORA Website.

 

What is the minimum requirement for my boutique to be lived onsite?    

 

You are required to fill in your bank account details, and have a minimum of 40 approved SKUs before your account can be verified. You can also send in your banner, although this is optional

 

 

How long does it take for my products to be reviewed by QC? (Quality Control) team?

 

Once you have uploaded your products accordingly, the QC team will require 2-5 business days to either:

  1. Approve your products to be live on the ZALORA website.
  2. Disapprove/reject your products that do not fulfill our requirements.

 

If you have questions about your products being disapproved/rejected automatically by the system, please reach out to your assigned Account Manager. If you are not assigned to any Account Manager, please contact support via the Seller Helpdesk Chat on the bottom left of your Seller Center screen, or fill out our contact form here.

 
 

What happens if I do not have at least 20 approved SKUs?    

 

Unfortunately, your account will be deactivated after 30 days if it is still not live on the website. You will need to contact us via the Contact Form to reactivate your account

 

Your account will be removed from the Seller Center system if it is deactivated for 3 months.

 

 

What are the general requirements for ZALORA images?

Images uploaded onto Seller Center have to follow our guidelines strictly and would otherwise be rejected by our QC team. Kindly refer to the guidelines which can be found also be found on our Seller Academy - Image Guidelines

 

Why I am not allowed to use product images with my own ideal background?

Product Images have to be either on a white or light grey background. This is to standardize the catalog with similar image standards. We also do not allow images with outdoor backgrounds for the same reason.

 

How do I add, delete or modify the images of my products?

Images can be added, modified and deleted on Seller Center >>> Manage Images. You are able to replace the existing images with new ones and each change will go through a QC check before it can go live.

 

Why were my images rejected?

Your images may be rejected due to several reasons:
- Images are pixelated/blurred
- Images are not within our dimensions (762 x 1100 pixels)
- Images not with either white or light grey background.
